About the Role
As a Logistics Supervisor, you will take on a leadership role in overseeing daily delivery operations and ensuring that the delivery station runs seamlessly. Key Responsibilities
Your core mission will be to supervise and guide logistics teams — including assistants, coordinators, and delivery associates — to meet and exceed operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily logistics operations and ensuring smooth workflow at the delivery station.
- Monitoring staff performance, providing constructive coaching, and implementing continuous improvement measures.
- Collaborating with internal departments to refine logistics processes, improve productivity, and optimize cost efficiency.
- Managing communications with delivery service providers, setting clear expectations, and maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Overseeing driver scheduling, workload distribution, and ensuring compliance with Amazon’s safety and performance policies.
- Conducting interviews for associate-level positions and mentoring new team members through structured training programs.
- Tracking operational data, monitoring trends, and reporting key metrics to the Operations Manager for analysis and performance improvement.
What You Bring
