About the Role
The Receptionist Cashier plays a vital role as the face of the club, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and seamless service throughout their visit. You will handle all transactions accurately, manage cash floats, and assist with guest orders while promoting a refined and engaging atmosphere.
Your attention to detail, communication skills, and professional demeanor will help uphold the club’s reputation for delivering personalized luxury and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Record all customer orders and transactions accurately using Micros Symphony.
- Maintain an accurate cash float at all times and ensure efficient billing procedures.
- Meet, greet, and seat guests professionally and courteously in accordance with company standards.
- Present menus and wine lists, providing knowledgeable suggestions and enhancing the guest dining experience through up-selling techniques.
- Ensure that your work area and service station are always stocked, clean, and organized to support smooth operations.
- Handle guest concerns or special requests promptly and communicate relevant information to management for corrective action.
- Maintain tables and service areas, ensuring they are reset according to reservation plans.
- Deliver guest bills promptly, ensuring accuracy and transparency at all times.
- Collaborate with service and kitchen teams to ensure efficient guest service and smooth coordination.
