Role Overview
The Manager – Cabin Cleaning is responsible for overseeing cabin cleaning operations to ensure aircraft are prepared safely, efficiently, and on time. The role involves managing daily activities, addressing operational challenges, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to maintain consistent service delivery. This position plays a crucial role in supporting on-time departures while ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following key duties:
- Oversee day-to-day cabin cleaning operations to ensure safe, reliable, and timely service delivery
- Manage operational issues and disruptions to ensure quick resolution and service recovery
- Plan and monitor staff rosters to ensure adequate workforce availability and efficient resource use

Education and Experience Requirements
