In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for managing outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, team coordination, and overall warehouse performance. You will play a key part in ensuring that products reach customers on time and in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities
As a Logistics Supervisor, your daily duties will include:
- Overseeing dispatch planning and managing outbound logistics
- Handling all aspects of export documentation and coordinating transport schedules
- Monitoring OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) delivery performance and improving KPIs
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and supervising warehouse staff
- Driving continuous improvement in logistics workflows and reporting processes
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and maintain a high level of service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- 5+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Industry experience in corrugated packaging or a similar manufacturing environment
- Proficient in ERP/WMS systems with hands-on experience in inventory management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively
- High attention to detail and organizational efficiency
