- Operations Executive
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 Years of experience, preferably in the exchange house sector
- Graduate in Finance or in a relevant field
- Command on Microsoft Office
- Excellent Communication
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and handling calls from the branches for inquiries and complaints.
- Checking the issue bank deposits, follow up transfers with agents and branches.
- Responsible for amendments, cancellations, urgent assistance and other inquiries of the branches
- Filling of documents such as bank remittances, bank amendments, refund and cancellation.
- Ensures all information are encoded correctly.
- Daily Checking at the end of the day report.
- Checking outlook emails, reply, forward and printing for the confirmation of the bank transactions.
