Performance and Metrics Management
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) closely

Qualifications and Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of Amazon full-time (blue badge) experience
- Minimum 2 years of employee and performance management experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
