The Role: Putting Customers First

The Customer Sales and Service Agent acts as front-line staff, ensuring every client receives superior service and memorable experiences. From assisting leisure travelers to supporting government and corporate accounts, this position is about transforming travel enquiries into seamless, ticketed journeys.

You will be responsible for providing expert advice, booking travel services, and promoting a wide portfolio of dnata products and loyalty programmes. Whether handling airline ticket sales, hotel reservations, or destination recommendations, the goal is simple: deliver consistent quality, maximize sales, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver the highest standard of customer service, responding to queries and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Promote dnata’s wide range of products, services, and loyalty programmes to ensure customers find tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage travel reservations and issue tickets in line with airline rules, recommending alternative routes or carriers when required.
  • Provide accurate information on essential travel requirements such as visas, health regulations, and check-in procedures.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships by keeping them informed of new products and services.
  • Adhere to operational standards, audits, and compliance guidelines to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Process revenue documents accurately for invoicing and accounts reconciliation.
  • Perform airline-specific functions such as pre-flight checks and managing passenger messages for VIPs, unaccompanied minors, or passengers with special assistance needs.

Candidate Profile

To be successful, candidates should bring both skill and passion to the role.

Experience:

  • Minimum of one year in Commercial Sales, Reservations, or Ticketing.

Qualifications:

  • 12 years of schooling or equivalent.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong geography knowledge and arithmetic ability.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with confidence in handling internal and external clients.
  • Familiarity with dnata Front Office and airline reservation systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Languages:

  • Strong verbal and written English is mandatory.
  • Arabic or another foreign language is an added advantage.
