About the Role

The Customer Service Agent plays a critical frontline role in delivering world-class VIP hospitality. Based in Dubai, this position ensures that passengers, crew, and guests receive seamless, personalized service while maintaining the highest operational and safety standards. This role combines customer service excellence with aviation operational coordination, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic FBO environment.


Key Responsibilities

Passenger & Crew Services

  • Ensure VIP hospitality and personalized service for all passengers, crew, and guests
  • Escort clients and crew to and from aircraft, coordinating all transportation requirements
  • Create a professional, welcoming, and harmonious FBO atmosphere

Aircraft & Operational Coordination

  • Facilitate aircraft arrivals and departures smoothly and efficiently
  • Coordinate landing permits, take-off permits, and slot requests
  • Manage schedule changes promptly and accurately
  • Coordinate third-party services including:
    • Fuel and catering
    • Ground Support Equipment (GSE)
    • Customs, immigration, and police
    • Ground transportation and hotel accommodation

Reporting, Systems & Compliance

  • Process handling files and data entries accurately in FBO One
  • Support FBO One invoice processing and manage payments (cash and credit card)
  • Compile and distribute Daily Shift Reports, escalating critical issues when required
  • Prepare weekly and monthly aircraft movement reports
  • Review and acknowledge operational notices and regulatory updates

Safety & Facility Standards

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all FBO areas
  • Identify and report safety hazards to ensure a secure working environment
  • Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Certificate
  • Valid, unrestricted UAE driving license (mandatory)

Minimum Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an FBO or similar aviation customer service role
  • Prior exposure to aviation operations
  • VVIP or premium customer service experience
  • FBO One system experience (preferred)
  • Arabic language skills (desirable)
