Role Summary: Cabin Services Assistant (CSA)
The Cabin Services Assistant is a unique position within the Emirates A380 fleet. While not directly involved in food or beverage service, CSAs ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the iconic First Class Shower Spa and premium cabins.
Working closely with the Purser and Senior Flight Supervisor (SFS), CSAs play a vital role in supporting the cabin crew to deliver flawless service and maintain Emirates’ impeccable standards.
Key Responsibilities
As a Cabin Services Assistant, you will:
- Maintain and refresh the A380 Shower Spa to ensure a pristine environment for each First Class guest.
- Monitor and maintain hygiene across lavatories in First, Business, and Economy Class.
- Support the upkeep of onboard lounges in premium cabins.
- Conduct regular checks to uphold Emirates’ world-class cabin presentation standards.
- Represent Emirates with a professional, customer-focused attitude, making every journey memorable for passengers.

Qualifications & Experience
