About the Role

As an Office Assistant in the Customer Affairs department, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative and clerical support that contributes to the smooth operation of internal processes. From managing documents to assisting with daily logistics, this role ensures that the department functions efficiently and professionally.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that include:

  • Handling Documents & Mail: Sort, package, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and documents. Ensure timely delivery while reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Document Preparation: Assist in preparing materials for internal and external use—this may include printing, scanning, photocopying, binding, and laminating.
  • Administrative Data Entry: Maintain departmental logs and records. Perform accurate data entry for forms, timekeeping, and other routine tasks.
  • Filing & Organization: Ensure documents are correctly filed, archived, and organized according to company procedures. Remove outdated records as needed.
  • Office Equipment Oversight: Monitor and maintain basic office equipment such as photocopiers and fax machines to ensure continuous functionality.
  • Stationery Management: Keep inventory of office supplies and handle reorders. Maintain logs of all supplies issued and received.
  • General Administrative Support: Help manage daily office tasks including booking appointments, coordinating with internal departments, and notifying staff about meetings or interviews.
  • Driving Support (for dnata Travel Management): Occasionally provide driving services for department heads and ensure the proper upkeep of the company vehicle.

What You’ll Need

To qualify for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative support role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
