Key Responsibilities
As an Officer – Cargo Sales Support, your main duties will include:
- Managing the complete quotation process, ensuring all rate requests are timely, accurate, and properly documented.
- Preparing and circulating regular sales reports on quotation success rates, agent performance, and market trends.
- Maintaining data accuracy and consistency across SkyChain, CRM, and Excel systems.
- Providing administrative and back-office support, including document tracking, coordination, and record maintenance.
- Organizing and archiving sales documents, rate approvals, and commercial agreements.
- Acting as the main coordination point in the absence of sales staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Supporting pricing and capacity management teams in tracking available cargo space and optimizing utilization.
- Analyzing customer buying patterns and agent contributions to identify sales opportunities.
- Assisting in sales campaigns, preparing client lists, monitoring engagement, and tracking follow-ups.
- Observing competitor activities and providing insights to strengthen Flydubai’s position in the UAE cargo market.
Qualifications and Skills
To qualify for this role, candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Data Analysis, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in cargo sales, coordination, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of SkyChain, Excel, and BI tools (a significant advantage).
- Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is an added benefit.
