About the Role: Warehouse Supervisor
The Warehouse Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of Kitopi’s supply chain. This position requires a strong leader who can manage warehouse teams, maintain inventory accuracy, and optimize daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations
- Supervise receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods
- Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
- Ensure goods are stored properly and in compliance with safety standards
Team Leadership
- Manage, coach, and motivate warehouse staff
- Allocate work schedules and performance goals
- Maintain a high level of staff productivity and morale
Safety & Compliance
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Ensure operational compliance with local standards and company policies
- Monitor stock damage, item movement, and storage conditions
Process Enhancement
- Support logistics coordination and delivery scheduling
- Suggest and implement workflow improvements
- Reduce operational costs by improving systems and procedures
Qualifications & Skills
Candidates should possess:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse operations
- Leadership and people-management skills

- Experience using WMS or inventory software (preferred)
