Key Responsibilities
The F&B Store Keeper will manage daily store operations and ensure proper inventory control for food and beverage supplies.
Main Duties
- Receive, inspect, and verify all food, beverage, and operating supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Ensure proper storage of items following FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expired First Out) principles
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs and inventory systems
- Issue supplies to kitchens and outlets only against approved requisitions
- Monitor stock levels and report expired, damaged, or slow-moving items
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts
- Support internal and external inventory audits
- Coordinate with purchasing and cost control teams for stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, HACCP guidelines, and Abu Dhabi municipality regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within store areas
- Assist with cost control measures to minimize waste and stock losses

Qualifications and Experience

Experience
