Job Purpose
As a Customer Sales & Service Agent, you will be working in a Contact Center environment, helping customers and businesses with reservations, quotations, cargo solutions, and ticketing services. Your goal will be to support customers in the best possible way while promoting Emirates products to maximize revenue.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for customer support, and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality customer service by offering accurate information about Emirates fares, schedules, cargo services, and travel requirements.
- Issuing Emirates tickets while ensuring compliance with airline rules and regulations.
- Educating customers on travel requirements such as visas, passport rules, and health guidelines.
- Promoting additional products such as Skywards membership, hotel bookings, upgrade offers, and Dubai stopovers to increase revenue.
- Maintaining organized customer files, documentation, brochures, and promotional materials at the counter.
- Supporting daily closing activities, banking transactions, and maintaining proper sales records.
- Assisting cargo customers by providing quotations, managing bookings, and following up on shipment progress.
- Building long-term customer relationships by maintaining regular communication and personalized support.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 10 years of schooling or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a business and sales-driven environment.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office and email systems.
- Knowledge of airline reservation systems, ticketing processes, cargo procedures, and call center standards.
- Understanding of Skywards and MARS systems is an added advantage.
- Fluency in Arabic is a bonus, though not mandatory.
