Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

The role involves issuing food items and consumables to kitchen and service areas based on approved requisitions. Documentation and Reporting

Food Safety and Hygiene
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all storage areas is mandatory. The Storekeeper must monitor and record temperature logs for cold rooms and freezers daily and follow pest control, waste disposal, and cleaning schedules in line with HACCP or ISO 22000 requirements.
Coordination and Teamwork
