Job Overview

The Storekeeper & Driver role is a dual-function position responsible for storekeeping operations, inventory control, fixed asset management, and official messenger duties. The position supports smooth coordination between suppliers, internal departments, finance, and management while ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive Pro-shop and general items from suppliers and verify quantities and quality
  • Check incoming items against invoices, bills, and approved purchase orders
  • Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers regarding deliveries and documentation
  • Raise requisitions and support Finance Department processes as required
  • Match vouchers and invoices for Engineering, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Pro-shop, and general items in SCM
  • Maintain and update fixed asset registers for Golf Club and Golf Course Maintenance stores
  • Export and import invoice files from SCM and submit them to finance payable teams
  • Create items and vendors in SCM based on departmental and procurement requests
  • Conduct monthly Pro-shop inventory checks and stock reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly inventory reports and close stock records in SCM
  • Export Pro-shop sales reports from the Yellow Dog Inventory system
  • Process petty cash invoices and ensure accurate voucher matching
  • Deliver and collect official documents, cheques, and contracts from head office and corporate locations
  • Collect accounts receivable cheques and deposit daily cash and cheque collections at the bank
  • Perform additional administrative tasks assigned by management

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Graduate degree from a recognized institution
  • Minimum two years of experience working as a storekeeper
  • Valid UAE driving license with at least two years of driving experience in Dubai
  • Hands-on experience with SCM systems, Jonas software, and Microsoft Excel
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial documentation
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external vendors
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential documents
  • Good communication skills and professional work ethic
