Job Synopsis
The Road Crew role requires driving a range of vehicles—including light vehicles, buses, armored trucks, heavy equipment, and utility vehicles—to support daily operations. The position focuses on ensuring safe, timely, and secure transportation of various materials while following all safety, traffic, and security regulations.

Key Accountabilities
As part of the Road Crew team, your responsibilities will include:
Operational Responsibilities
- Execute all assigned trips according to schedules and designated routes.
- Maintain punctuality and support on-time performance for all operations.
- Ensure safe transportation, collection, and delivery of documents, valuables, tools, and equipment.
Vehicle Care & Compliance
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure smooth and safe functioning.
- Report mechanical issues or malfunctions immediately to supervisors.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks and keep vehicles clean and operational.
- Maintain valid personal documentation such as driving licenses and work passes.
Safety & Standards
- Adhere strictly to all safety, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Follow SOPs and report any operational concerns promptly.
- Complete daily trip logs, vehicle reports, and relevant records accurately.
Additional Support
- Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as requested by supervisors.
