Key Responsibilities
In this role, the Learning Associate will:
- Coordinate and deliver training for all process paths in the fulfillment center
- Act as a supervisor for Instructors and Peer Trainers working with new hires
- Deliver instructor training, observation, and coaching in line with AMET standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records using the training console
- Ensure AMET training materials are delivered consistently and effectively
- Use daily data analysis to improve the new hire learning experience
- Provide structured feedback to Instructors and Peer Trainers on training delivery and performance
- Ensure all tests and audits are completed, tracked, and documented
- Organize instructor assignments and monitor cross-training to support peak operational needs
- Work closely with operations teams to identify skill gaps and support critical role training
- Improve training processes through feedback collection and data-driven analysis
- Support recruitment and development of Instructors and Peer Trainers
- Attend required meetings and provide accurate training-related updates
- Partner with agency managers to improve new hire performance
- Support AMET-level projects by providing feedback and process improvements
Qualifications and Eligibility
To be eligible for this role, candidates must be 18 years of age or older. The preferred qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent, although candidates with strong training aptitude and operational experience are also encouraged to apply.
