What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities
As our Logistic Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations, managing crucial tasks that keep our projects on track. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing Daily Operations: Efficiently manage and streamline our day-to-day logistics activities.
- Strategic Coordination: Collaborate effectively with suppliers, transporters, and internal warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Customs & Compliance: Handle all import/export documentation meticulously, ensuring full adherence to UAE customs regulations.
- Shipment Management: Monitor shipment schedules rigorously, proactively addressing any potential delays to maintain project timelines.
- Inventory Control: Accurately maintain inventory levels and update records within our logistics systems for optimal stock management.
- Issue Resolution: Efficiently and professionally resolve any logistical challenges that may arise, minimizing disruptions.
Who We’re Looking For: Candidate Requirements
