About the Role: Supervisor – Bloomingdale’s
As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving department performance by ensuring excellent customer service, effective team leadership, and efficient day-to-day operations. You will lead by example on the shop floor, support your team’s development, and ensure the department consistently meets sales and service targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Analyse daily sales data to maximise revenue and performance
- Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively
- Maintain high standards of grooming, presentation, and conduct
- Ensure new team members are properly inducted and trained
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or losses to management
- Ensure visual merchandising meets brand and commercial guidelines
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across sales and stock areas
- Comply with company policies, including security, refunds, and health & safety
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: High school qualification
- Experience: 4–5 years in sales or a customer service environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
