Role Overview
As a Junior Storekeeper (Driver), you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations within the Supply Chain Warehouse. Reporting to the Distribution Centre Storekeeper, you will assist with the receipt, issuance, and delivery of stock and materials to various departments. The role also involves handling deliveries to the cargo village for overseas dispatches, making it a key position in ensuring smooth internal distribution and logistics support across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting items from user departments across Emirates Group facilities. You will manage shipment deliveries to the cargo village for overseas dispatches, ensuring materials reach their destinations safely and on time.
You will assist in counting, checking, and receiving goods into stock, as well as placing items into correct shelf or stock locations. Supporting the senior storekeeper, you will help prepare requisitions for purchasing stock items to meet departmental requirements efficiently.
The role also includes assisting with packaging and distribution of uniforms, promotional items, and non-stock materials to outstations and events, including dispatch coordination. Additionally, you will provide clerical support by filing receipt and issue vouchers, contributing to accurate record-keeping and inventory control. You may also assist with the physical management and general maintenance of the store area to ensure safe and organised operations.
Qualifications and Experience
To be eligible for this position, candidates must have completed 10 years of schooling or equivalent. Applicants should bring at least one year of experience in a general distribution or warehouse environment. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory, as driving is a core component of the role. Effective communication skills in English are required to coordinate with teams and handle documentation accurately.
