Job Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor will manage end-to-end warehouse operations across the UAE, ensuring safe practices, accurate inventory, smooth material flow, and high productivity. The role involves leading teams, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE) standards.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Leadership

  • Manage people, processes, and systems to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
  • Lead warehouse teams, including supervisors and floor operations personnel
  • Plan work rosters, assign tasks, and appraise team performance
  • Ensure uninterrupted movement of raw materials to production

Inventory & Logistics Control

  • Oversee daily inventory and logistics operations
  • Maintain stock accuracy through weekly system vs. physical reconciliation
  • Plan and execute annual stock counts
  • Prepare and present operational status reports for management

Quality, Safety & Compliance (QSHE)

  • Define and enforce SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and statutory requirements
  • Act as auditee for warehouse-related requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Integrated Management and EHS systems
  • Implement best safety practices and monitor service quality

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to improve storage and operations
  • Receive feedback and drive improvements across warehouse processes

Qualifications & Experience

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse/logistics operations with a proven track record
  • Prior supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
