Job Overview
The Senior Customer Service Agent will be based in Dubai and work within the Transport Control Centre. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination, accurate system management, and effective communication with internal teams, service providers, crew, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily transport and service operations while maintaining high service standards. Key duties include:
- Maintaining and updating operational systems such as MARS and the TCC system
- Administering transport booking requests with complete and accurate data
- Coordinating with service providers to ensure timely transportation schedules
- Managing a high volume of calls, emails, and system notifications
- Acting as the first point of contact at Chauffeur Drive Terminal 3 and pilot arrival lounges
- Handling customer and stakeholder complaints and feedback efficiently
- Conducting spot checks on vehicles, cleanliness, and driver grooming as directed
- Ensuring resources are utilized in a cost-effective and efficient manner
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a UAE-based logistics, transport, or car rental company
- Strong customer service background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to communicate in additional languages is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred
