The selected candidates will be responsible for distributing Agthia products to existing customers and identifying opportunities to grow the customer base within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Drivers play an important role in both logistics and sales operations. The position combines product delivery with customer relationship management and territory development.
Main responsibilities include:
- Deliver Agthia products to existing customers according to the assigned journey plan
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets within the allocated territory
- Identify and develop new customers to expand the sales network
- Ensure all customers in the assigned area are visited regularly
- Maintain proper sales materials to support ongoing sales activities
- Keep the delivery truck in safe and good working condition
- Manage and maintain distribution documents and delivery records
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service
- Coordinate with supervisors to resolve any delivery or distribution issues

Job Requirements
Candidates interested in the Sales Driver position must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of experience driving 3-ton trucks
- Basic understanding of FMCG sales operations
- Experience with 5-gallon water distribution is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic selling and negotiation abilities
- Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License issued before 31 March 2023
- Minimum High School Certificate
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
