Job Role – Sales Consultant (Audi – Sharjah)
As an Audi Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the company’s retail performance by promoting and selling Audi vehicles, ensuring every customer enjoys a world-class buying experience. You will also contribute to Al Nabooda’s legacy of excellence by maintaining brand standards and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Promote and sell the full range of Audi vehicles and related products to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain showroom displays in compliance with Audi’s global presentation standards.
- Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, events, and proactive client engagement.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of product features, specifications, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in planning and executing sales campaigns and promotional events.
Operational Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales process, from initial customer contact to vehicle delivery.
- Ensure customers receive a thorough orientation on their new vehicle’s features and controls.
- Introduce clients to the After-Sales team to ensure long-term service relationships.
- Record all customer interactions and maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Follow up with clients regularly to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Customer Service & Quality
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Gather and act on customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and service quality.
- Uphold Audi’s brand image through exceptional service and presentation.
Professional Development
- Stay updated with new product launches, technology upgrades, and training sessions from Audi.
- Participate in annual performance reviews and development programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in automobile sales, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and customer service abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive business development and market trends.
