About the Role
The Sales Advisor will act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the service point or calling by phone. The selected candidate will assist customers with shipment bookings, delivery tracking, pricing information, customs paperwork, and other service-related questions.

Main Responsibilities
The key duties of the Sales Advisor include:
- Handling customer inquiries over the phone and at the counter
- Processing shipment collections and deliveries
