Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate ledgers by recording daily sales, expenses, and cash flow movements.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of fuel, lubricants, and spare parts; perform regular physical audits to reconcile with system records.
- Documentation & Archiving: Systematically organize invoices, receipts, and VAT-related documents to ensure audit readiness.
- Petty Cash: Manage the station’s petty cash fund and process reimbursements for operational supplies.
- Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors for timely payments and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Payroll Support: Assist in tracking staff attendance and preparing monthly payroll data.
Technical Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role. Note: Ambitious fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi is highly preferred to communicate effectively with the existing team and vendors.
Work Schedule & Environment
This position follows a Split-Shift schedule to align with peak operational hours:
- Morning: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Evening: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Location: On-site at our Khor Fakkan facility.
