Education Requirements

Civil Engineer

  • Minimum Degree: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

Accountant

  • Minimum Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.

Foreman (Site Supervisor)

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant technical trade certification from an accredited institute.

Receptionist

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or a High School Diploma with exceptional corporate communication skills.

Required Experience & Technical Skills

1. Civil Engineer

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of site execution and structural project management in the UAE (Construction/Contracting sector).
  • Technical Skills:
    • ​Proficiency in reading and executing structural drawings, MEP layouts, and architectural blueprints.
    • ​Strong knowledge of Ajman / Sharjah Municipality regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
    • ​Hands-on experience with project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, or MS Project).
  • Core Competencies: Structural execution, material inspection, labor allocation, progress reporting, and subcontractor coordination.

2. Accountant

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of core accounting experience, ideally within a contracting, construction, or building materials company.
  • Technical Skills:
    • ​Proficiency in UAE VAT compliance, corporate tax basics, standard accounting principles, and filing returns.
    • ​Expertise in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or custom ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel.
  • Core Competencies: Managing project budgets, processing site labor payroll, handling petty cash, tracking supplier invoicing, and bank reconciliation.

3. Foreman (Site Supervisor)

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of on-site supervisory experience managing civil, structural, or finishing works on UAE construction sites.
  • Technical Skills:
    • ​Ability to read standard site layouts, structural drawings, and daily schedules.
    • ​Strong understanding of site safety (HSE) protocols and tool-box talks.
  • Core Competencies: Direct labor supervision, material logistics control on-site, quality assurance of concrete/masonry/finishing work, and daily progress reporting to the Civil Engineer.

4. Receptionist

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of front-desk, administrative, or secretarial experience in a professional corporate environment.
  • Technical Skills:
