Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will perform the following duties:
- Monitor inventory levels and process Goods Receipts (GR) and Goods Issues (GI) to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain daily stock records and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Coordinate stock requirements, promotional packs, and warehouse check-in/check-out activities.
- Update sales orders and maintain ERP/SAP records with accurate data entry.
- Plan daily dispatches and manage timesheets for casual laborers.
- Ensure proper warehouse organization and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Follow Good Warehouse Practice (GWP) guidelines and company procedures.
- Work closely with different departments to support smooth warehouse and distribution operations.
