Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the build-up and breakdown of aircraft Unit Load Devices (ULDs) in line with load planning instructions
- Coordinate and monitor baggage transportation to ensure timely delivery to aircraft and landing areas
- Oversee pre-flight operational checks to ensure safe and on-time flight departures
- Work closely with balancing experts to maximize loading efficiency while maintaining cost control
- Monitor agent adherence to loading instructions to ensure accurate and correct loading operations
- Maintain clear communication with operational teams to resolve issues during aircraft turnaround
Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification (2 years or more)
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Relevant vehicle licenses as per UAE regulations
- ADP / ADAS specific equipment licenses preferred
- Ramp or Freighter Handling certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant aviation or ground operations role
- Strong operational knowledge of ramp, loading, and turnaround procedures
- English language proficiency is mandatory
