Sales Associate

Senior Sales Associate
Candidates with strong retail experience and leadership abilities can apply for this position, which involves additional responsibilities in supporting store operations and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting daily retail operations while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key duties include:
• Achieving individual and store sales targets
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Assisting customers with products, promotions, and purchases
• Processing sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Handling cash and following company procedures
• Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Replenishing stock and ensuring product availability
• Assisting with inventory checks and stock counts
• Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
• Handling customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Working flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight schedules
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
Education
• Graduate or above
Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with POS systems

Experience
